We don’t expect any gifts. The expense all guests are facing just to be there on the day is more than enough of a gift from you to us! However, for those of you who would like to bring something, it would be great if you could pick up a bottle of VERVE CLICQUOT CHAMPAGNE from your departure airport and donate it to the bar at our wedding! (All wine and champagne in Thailand is subject to a VERY high rate of taxation if bought within Thailand.) *please beware that if you bring more than 1L of alcohol into Thailand you are supposed to declare this and will be subject to a charge.
If we haven’t named a plus one on your formal invitation, then we kindly ask for it to just be you on the day.
You can expect 7+ hours of solid daily sunshine! The average July temperature in Samui is 29 degrees Celsius. *Please note: You’ll run into information stating that July is rainy season in Thailand. While July is a pretty wet month for Phuket, Oct/Nov/Dec are Koh Samui’s rainy season – not July *
Beach Formal. Although the venue is a beach front location there is flooring and a lawn, so please dress smartly but consider the weather. Our ceremony will take place on the lawn and our reception on decking. Please no flip flops or shorts.
Yes! Please head to our Travel & Accomodation page to find out details of the shuttle service we will provide.
We currently plan to be in Koh Samui for two weeks over the wedding from 15th until 27th July 2019.
Thailand only has one time zone which is 6 hours behind London and 3 hours behind Australia.
