During the COVID-19 pandemic, our worlds collided at a small community hospital in Tacoma, Washington where Tyler was working as an Emergency Room Technician and Anna as a traveling Nurse. We met in room 8, as Tyler tells it, where somewhere underneath all of our N95 masks, face shields, goggles and gowns, were two people who were meant to find each other. We exchanged numbers and quickly made our way to the ski slopes where we had our first date, racing each other down the hill. Tyler jokes that he wasn't able to take Anna out on a proper date until long after we had known each other, but the pandemic had other plans for us. While most of the city was shut down during that first year, we were able to form a deeper relationship by simply enjoying our time together. 3 years later, Tyler proposed at Crystal Mountain, the same ski area where we had had our first date! We are so incredibly excited to celebrate our love with our friends and family on our wedding day. Our love for each one of you is immeasurable and we are so grateful to have such a beautiful, loving, caring, and kind community surrounding us. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
