Question

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the Ivy House. Weather permitting, our ceremony, cocktail hour, and dance floor will be hosted in the outdoor patio space. Please dress accordingly! Dinner will be held indoors.

When/how should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 20th using the RSVP card that came in the mail. Please consider mailing your RSVP as soon as you are able, so that we may plan accordingly.

Can I bring a guest? Or kids?

Answer

Due to current event guidelines, we have a strict guest list. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we look forward to celebrating with our loved ones!

Do you have a hotel room block available?

Answer

Yes! A room block has been reserved at Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Milwaukee Downtown. Discounted rates are available to book through April 27th. Please see the travel tab for further hotel details!

What about parking/transportation?

Answer

There is limited parking available at the Ivy House parking lot. Should the lot be full, there is additional street parking. Please follow any posted parking signs! For guests planning to stay at the Doubletree Hilton Hotel room block, a shuttle will be provided to and from the Ivy House. UPDATE: Shuttle times have been finalized. The shuttle will depart the hotel at 3:30pm to leave for the Ivy House. The shuttle will depart from the Ivy House at midnight to take guests back to the hotel. *Please note, a mask is required to ride the shuttle.

What safety precautions will be in place? Are face masks required?

Answer

Please be assured that your health and safety is our top priority! Along with adhering to the current restrictions and guidelines, the following safety measures will be implemented at our wedding: *We will have multiple sanitizing stations set up around the venue. *Please bring a mask. If you do not have one, masks will be provided for your convenience. Per current Milwaukee and venue guidelines, masks are required when ordering drinks, food, or riding the shuttle. If you would like to wear a mask at other times, you are welcome to do so. *All wait staff and bar staff will be wearing masks. *Weather permitting, a large portion of the event will be hosted in the outdoor patio space. Our strict guest list allows for increased spacing throughout the facility. *We do ask that if you are feeling ill, please stay home and toast us from afar.
