How We Met
Luck had nothing to do with it
Sam walks into a bar - The Lucky Rabbit. Matt plays it smooth (obviously) and asks Sam to play bar dice. The rest is history! A few months later, Matt worked up the courage to officially ask Sam out (at The Lucky Rabbit, of course). For some reason, he chose April Fools Day... Brilliant, Matt! Look at us now.
The Proposal
"Wait... what are you wearing?"
What would you wear prior to hiking 10+ miles in the Rocky Mountains? Matt = Khakis and perfectly gelled hair. Sam was a little confused why Matt took so long to get ready prior to an all day hike, but little did she know, Matt had other plans. He popped the question after eating PB&J's above Emerald Lake... It worked!
