For guests joining us from out of town, we recommend flying into Kansas City International Airport (MCI). The airport is a 20-25 minute drive to downtown Kansas city, where we recommend staying.

We have coordinated a room block at the Ambassador Hotel Kansas City. There are limited rooms available, but we will try to adjust if more are needed. Rates vary between $219 - $230 per night. Deadline to book room blocks is August 21, 2025. There are also several other hotel options nearby in downtown Kansas City.

This is an alternative hotel option within walking distance to our preferred choice, Ambassador Hotel Kansas City, where we will be providing transportation to and from the wedding. There is no coordinated room block at this location, so we can not guarantee pricing here.

Shuttle

September 13, 2025 5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Transportation to the wedding venue on Saturday will be provided for all guests, leaving from the Ambassador Hotel Kansas City. It is a 25 minute drive between locations. Shuttles will also bring guests back to the hotel after the reception. Anyone not staying at the Ambassador Hotel is still welcome to catch the shuttle to and from the venue.
