For guests joining us from out of town, we recommend flying into Kansas City International Airport (MCI). The airport is a 20-25 minute drive to downtown Kansas city, where we recommend staying.

We have coordinated a room block at the Ambassador Hotel Kansas City. There are very limited rooms still available. Rates vary between $219 - $230 per night. Deadline to book room blocks is August 21, 2025.

We have added an alternative hotel option within walking distance to Ambassador Hotel Kansas City, where we will be providing transportation to and from the wedding. We have coordinated a hotel room block for a rate of $199 per night. Deadline to book is August 22, 2025.

Shuttle

September 13, 2025 5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Transportation to the wedding venue on Saturday will be provided for all guests, leaving from the Ambassador Hotel Kansas City. It is a 25 minute drive between locations. Shuttles will also bring guests back to the hotel after the reception. Anyone not staying at the Ambassador Hotel is still welcome to catch the shuttle to and from the venue.
