Cocktail Attire

Neil and Bitsy Sader warmly invite family and out-of-town guests to join us for a welcome party in honor of Danny and Karina. Indulge in Slap’s BBQ, perfectly paired with a selection of local brews and wine from a hometown favorite, Boulevard Brewing Co. The celebration will take place in the Muehlebach Suite located in Brewhouse 2, the largest building on site, easily recognizable by the “Boulevard Brewing” sign on the roof. Please note this is distinct from the Tours and Rec Center, or Brewer’s Tap Room in Brewhouse 1. Conveniently located just a short drive from the Ambassador Hotel in downtown Kansas City, we recommend using a ride-sharing app or driving to the venue, where ample free parking is available across from Brewhouse 2. We look forward to spending an enjoyable evening with everyone and kicking off the weekend in true Kansas City style. We truly appreciate everyone traveling from afar to celebrate this special weekend with us!

The Sader Wedding

5:00 pm - 10:30 pm

All guests planning to take the complimentary shuttle to the wedding venue should meet in the lobby of the Ambassador Hotel by 3:50pm. Guests not staying at the Ambassador Hotel are still welcomed to meet there and enjoy the complimentary shuttle service. Ceremony In the Sunken Garden 5pm ~Please arrive early~ Cocktail Hour In the Library 6pm Reception In the Pavilion 7-10:30pm Our wedding ceremony will take place outdoors, followed by a cocktail hour and reception inside the mansion. Formal Attire. We suggest a suit or dinner jacket with a tie for men, and a midi or floor-length dress for women. Kindly refrain from wearing jeans or shorts.
