Northwestern Michigan has many options for lodging and travel. We recommend you fly in via the Cherry Capital Airport. Unfortunately, there are no shuttles to our various events, so you will likely need to rent a car. There are several companies in the area, but book early! We do have a couple of hotels that we have found block rooms for, however there is no limit to lodging options in the area for every budget. Most traditional hotels are located in Traverse City which is about 45 minutes from the ceremony and 30 minutes from the reception, but close to the airport. If you would like to be in closer to the events of the weekend search for lodging in Leelanau County. These locations have smaller B&Bs, but they are usually worth the trouble to find online! Airbnb also has many options in the area, and for those of you who are a little more adventurous there are many camping sites in the county as well. Trust us, this is the time and the place to spend outdoors!

Cherry Capital Airport

This is by far the closest airport in the area, and the airport we recommend you use when coming to the area. It is within 30-60 minutes of the ceremony, reception, and the hotels in the area. That being said, it is a local airport and can be expensive to fly into. We recommend you book your tickets early!

There are a limited number of rooms available at this hotel, but it is lovely with many amenities. It is a BEAUTIFUL 45 minute drive to the ceremony, and about 30 minutes away from the reception.

There are various options of rooms available at this lovely hotel, including one and two bedroom rooms with or without beach views. But everyone is allowed to use their lovely beach! It is within 10-15 minutes of the airport, about 45 minutes from the wedding ceremony, 30 minutes from the reception, and minutes to down-town Traverse City, MI.

This hotel boasts the largest private beach in Traverse City! It has many amenities, and it located minutes from downtown Traverse City. As with all of our hotels, it is 45 minutes from the ceremony, 30 minutes to the reception, and 10-15 minutes from the airport.
