Week long pre-wedding extravaganza!

We know that many of you have many miles to travel, and that this can get expensive for a weekend. In addition, a normal wedding schedule does not allow us to spend time with all of our guests as we would like. Therefore, we invite all of our guests to join us on a vacation in Northern Michigan the week before the wedding! If you are unfamiliar with the area rest assured--it offers one adventure after another! You can splurge and stay in a fancy resort all week, or camp by a lake. Each day we will try to have at least one group trip or event. You are welcome to attend, or you and your loved ones can enjoy the area as you see fit. It is up to you! Please just let us know if you will be with us this week, and whether or not you will be attending the events as they are announced.

Formal to semi-formal.

The church has limited parking, but it is free to park anywhere in Northport. So find a spot and come inside! There is air-conditioning--we checked. The morning of and after the ceremony feel free to explore Northport. There is a bowling alley (we highly recommend), and you are only a short walk from the beach. You can also go a little further north to find numerous state parks for hiking. We encourage you to squeeze in every moment of nature in this area.
