This one gets packed quick. Best to hit this one first thing in the morning if you want photos without a million people. Make sure you bring a coin!
This shouldn't need any introduction. Lines can get long so try to hit this one in the morning as well. Ladies make sure you pack an outfit that covers your shoulders, chest, and knees at least while you are inside - they are very strict. Also, definitely climb the basilica while you are there - best view of the city you will find.
This a quick stop but incredible artwork and views inside and out. No scheduled tour required.
Steps are impressive but what really brings people here are the rows upon rows of designer boutiques at the bottom of the stairs. Bring your wallet! (and maybe a kidney)
This beast is right in the central square near the Colosseum so you will likely pass by it several times. No need for a tour reservation but definitely worth the walk to the top for views of the city.
This is a famous, large square with shops and fountains. Great place to stop for lunch and to do some of that gift shopping for the friends back home.
This is actually not in Rome, but about an hour away in the city of Tivoli, which is a beautiful town that sits in the hills to the east. It is a 16th century massive villa with hundreds of fountains that operate without the use of pumps. It is hands down one of the most amazing things we have ever seen so we highly recommend the trip if it interests you.
These are names of a few of the closest cities and locations (within 2 hour train rides) from the property and Rome if you find yourself looking to branch out. We are actively coordinating a potential day trip to one of these locations for Friday during the day - more details to come.
