No problem at all, there is no set time for check in that day. Just please let us know and we are happy to coordinate with you.
If you want to get to the property as quickly as possible upon landing, the easiest way to get to the property is to schedule a taxi through the Free Now app and head straight there from the airport. There will also be plenty of cabs outside the airport if you would like to hail one the traditional way. If you land and want to get lunch or see the city (keeping in mind you will likely have baggage), you should take the Leonardo Express (operated by Trenitalia) from the airport to Roma Termini, Rome's central train station. There are plenty of restaurants just outside the Roma Termini. From there, the quickest and easiest way to the property would be a taxi via the Free Now app. Otherwise, there are some local bus and train routes that will eventually end up very near the property though these can be confusing and time consuming. We only recommend this method if you put the effort of planning and cross referencing the local rail routes ahead of time.
Between 25-35 minutes via car or motorcycle depending on traffic.
We will have shuttles for everyone on the days we are bringing everyone to the city, but if you need to come home or leave the property at a different time, no problem, you just need to be on time to the scheduled events. If that is the case, the Free Now app is the best resource, which is Italy's version of Uber.
We encourage everyone to try the local cuisine as much as possible when visiting Rome and the surrounding areas. We have a few breakfasts, lunches, and dinners scheduled, which will be included in the detailed itinerary we send around. For the times when you find yourself at the property and hungry, there are several kitchens on the property, which we will keep moderately stocked for quick and easy meals when necessary.
The town of Frascati is only a few minutes up the road from the property and has plenty of modern grocery stores and convenience stores.
