Shuttle

A shuttle service will be available for guests staying at the preferred hotel. When making your reservation, please include the total number of people staying in your room to help us determine the final shuttle headcount. The shuttles will depart from the hotel for the venue at 4:30 PM sharp. At the end of the evening, two shuttles will return guests to the hotel: one at 9:30 PM and the final one at 11:00 PM.
Flight
Please know that the airport is roughly 45 minutes and 48 miles from the venue and will vary depending on your hotel. When leaving to return home, be aware that construction is happening within the airport and to plan accordingly and check security wait times.
Flight
This is a second option and is 53 miles and roughly a hour drive from the venue and will vary depending on your hotel. Please note that there is typically construction on the main highway to Colorado Springs so plan accordingly.
