Ryan and Emily share a love of putt-putt and bowling. It's (almost) known by everyone that Emily consistently beats Ryan on the putt-putt course, while Ryan's long snapping skills make him the bowling champ every time. For a fun outing, Pinndustry is the place to be, offering bowling, games, and great food and drinks. And if you're up for more activities, Top Golf is just nearby, and there's always the chance to catch a concert at Fiddler's Green.
If you're sticking around the hotel and in the mood for some shopping, you've got to check out the Castle Rock outlets! They've got everything from Nike and Lululemon to luxury stores. They have a wide selection of food options nearby as well!
Living in Denver, we could be found hanging out in the River North Arts District (RiNo). Our go-to spots were Finns' Manor, Meadowlark, Lustre Pearl, Federales, and Improper City. RiNo's has many more cool places to check out but don't forget about The Highlands and LoDo as they have their own awesome bars and restaurants. For instance, there's The Refinery (try the flower shot—it made a lasting impression on Emily and Ryan's first meeting) or grab a scoop at Little Man Ice Cream in The Highlands, followed by a visit to Recess. If you want more suggestions, just ask! We have plenty of restaurants as well!
Ryan and Emily actually had their first offical date there at a concert, and they made it a regular thing during their time in Denver. It is also where Ryan proposed! Even if there's no show happening, you can still visit for the breathtaking views, hiking trails, or even a workout on the stairs. It's a must-see spot that offers a little something for everyone.
While we might not cheer for the CU Buff's, Boulder is still an incredible destination to explore. From vibrant farmers markets to captivating art, live music, and diverse dining experiences, there's something for everyone. Our personal favorites in Boulder include Pasta Jay's, hiking (check out the all trails app for the ideal hike for your skill level), and browsing the unique local shops.
