A valid passport is the most essential item to bring. If you need a new passport or need to renew an expired one, the current timeline is 8–12 weeks. Your passport MUST be valid for at least six months beyond the trip date. If you plan on renting a car, please remember to obtain an IDP. Please visit our Travel page for more information on this. Laticastelli Country Relais is located in Rapolano Terme, Tuscany, about 15 miles from Siena, surrounded by rolling hills, vineyards, and medieval villages.
Because we are hosting a full buyout, on-site accommodations are reserved for wedding guests only. Staying at the venue is highly encouraged so you can fully enjoy the weekend without worrying about transportation.
Booking instructions and pricing have been sent to guests via email. Rooms will be assigned on a first-come basis. We encourage booking promptly so we can accommodate everyone as smoothly as possible. Room assignments will be provided by the hotel at check-in.
A car is not required, but it is strongly recommended if you plan to explore Tuscany before or after the wedding weekend. Once you arrive at the venue, all wedding events will be walkable on-site, and free onsite parking is available at Laticastelli Country Relais.
