Located on top of the Mission Pacific Hotel (Seabird's sister property), you will find a tropical rooftop bar with delicious drinks and a breathtaking view... one of our absolute favorites! As a guest of the Seabird, you also have access to use this hotel's pool.

Cococabana is a Caribbean-style cocktail bar with its own menu of small bites in Downtown Oceanside, walking distance from our hotel. Perfect for brunch or an afternoon snack with a view. A special nod to the Hitchins Family's cultural flair of island life!
Oceanside Pier
Surf's up! Take a stroll on the Oceanside Pier and fall in love with this coastal town and its friendly neighbors. You may find tons of street food and tacos along the way!
The Shore Room
Located in The Seabird Hotel lobby, grab a bite for breakfast or drinks in the afternoon in this oh-so charming space overlooking the shoreline. Join us here on Friday night as we welcome guests traveling into town!
Top Gun House
Did you know that Top Gun was filmed right here in downtown? Charlie's house in the first film was preserved by the hotel with a fancy cost of $1M to relocate the home just a block over. It's now home to sweet treats and Top Gun memorabilia, including Pete Mitchell's motorbike. A special nod to the Peterson's, as it's their favorite movie to watch as a family!
