Mitchell and Brooke were tied together by an invisible string. Graduating from separate Arizona colleges in 2018, they took on the summer of their dreams with little knowledge that they would be crossing paths... On July 6th of 2018, their lives changed forever. Thanks to fate and spontaneity, Mitchell & Brooke were introduced to one another at a party hosted by Maddi (B's college best friend) and her now-husband, Sean (M's college best friend). It only took a 4th of July weekend of fun in Huntington Beach for sparks to fly - not just from the fireworks - and the two quickly became inseparable. Both still residing in separate cities, after 7 months of a long distance romance, they made it official and became a couple on March 22, 2019. The rest was history, and Mitchell & Brooke took on the world together with darling Duke, their black lab. Lake Como, Thailand, Bali, Mexico, the South of France, Yellowstone, Big Sur, Charleston, Paris, and New York City are just few of the many places they've traveled. Not to worry, Duke is a trooper on the long car rides and is also an avid traveler! Through the infamous year of 2020, they spent most of their shared time in Mitchell’s hometown, Scottsdale, AZ, while working remotely from their day jobs. Taking a leap of faith, Mitchell was ready to start a new chapter by moving to sunny California, so the two moved in together in Huntington Beach in January 2021 to be closer to the place (and people) that brought them together. Engaged in Laguna Beach on March 11, 2023, M & B embarked on their latest adventure, opening the doors to forever. When settling on a date to be married, they were between a handful of options with May 17, 2025 being a top contender. After a sunset bike ride returning back to their apartment in downtown HB, the two came to the realization that their current street address was at 517... it was clear that there was no better date than May 17th to make it official as their wedding day, commemorating a full circle love story that all started in that special beach town in California...
