We encourage our guests to carpool and arrange travel plans to the venue via taxi/Uber/Lyft or through their personal vehicles. Travel to the venue from downtown Oceanside is variable and may take 45 minutes. Due to the hotel's valet, it may take an extra 15 minutes to grab your car or a cab, so plan accordingly and make travel arrangements early to avoid congestion with hotel valet and Uber/Lyft pickups. We kindly ask for all guests to arrive at the wedding venue for our Pre-Ceremony at 4:30pm. To ensure everyone makes it home safely, we will be providing transportation from the venue back to our After Party/hotel in Downtown Oceanside following the conclusion of our reception at 10pm. You are welcome to leave your vehicle at our venue overnight, but it must be retrieved by 9am Sunday morning to avoid a fine.
Dress to impress! We kindly ask that you dress in formal or elegant wear to help us create a memorable and sophisticated atmosphere for the celebration. The attire is Formal wear: black/dark suits or tuxedos for men, and gowns, long dresses, or mid-length dresses for women.
If you received a plus one, your guest's name is listed on your formal invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with family and close friends. Should we have additional capacity, we will reach out to you directly. Thank you for understanding!
We love your little ones! However, our venue has age restrictions, and this is an adult only event. We encourage parents to use this evening as a date night!
Yes, the ceremony and reception dinner take place outdoors. Cocktail hour and reception dancing will be held indoors.
