Indralaya is at 360 Indralaya Rd, Eastsound, WA 98245. It is on Orcas Island, which has no bridge. This means you will have to figure out how to cross the water! We recommend a Washington State Ferry, although if you feel fancy and want to figure out how to rent a private boat and find a dock, we suppose that's okay too. Reservations are needed for cars on the ferry, but walk on passengers do not need to reserve a spot. For car reservations, register at 7am sharp, two weeks before your sailing date (https://secureapps.wsdot.wa.gov/ferries/reservations/vehicle/SailingSchedule.aspx). For example, if you are leaving the island with a car on Sunday the 17th of May, you need to be on at 7am PST on May 3rd to make your reservation. Reservations DO fill up, so if you missed the first window, you may need to do this or risk being stuck on the island!

Our wedding will be semiformal, suits, slacks, pant suits, dresses preferred. Please note that the ceremony and reception will be taking place outdoors in a meadow, so chose appropriate shoes (high heels may find themselves buried in the grass)!
Unfortunately, we don’t have extra space at our venue to accommodate guests that haven’t been invited. If you haven’t talked to us explicitly, and the person you want to bring isn’t on the guest list, don’t bring them.
Yes! If you need rides around the island, or to the ferry from Seattle and other surrounding areas, please visit our carpooling website to check if there is space available in any vehicles! For those staying at Indralaya, we will have a shuttle available to pick up walk-on passengers at the ferry and drop them at Indralaya. We will plan to offer pickups from the ferry for walk-on passengers arriving at 1:05, 4:15, and 7:15 ferries on Friday, May 15th. We will offer shuttle drop-offs for walk-on passengers for the 8:55, 11:50, and 4:35 sailings. Stay tuned for a way to sign up for pick-ups!
If you have not yet booked a spot to stay overnight, it would be a good idea to do so ASAP! Orcas Island has a wide variety of lodging options, including a long list of AirBNB and VRBO rentals. We have also included a list of hotels and inns here for those looking to stay on the island on the travel page of our wedding website!
