What is the best airport to fly into?

Answer

There are 2 international airports in Ecuador Mariscal Sucre International (UIO) in Quito. José Joaquín de Olmedo (GYE) in Guayaquil. From there you can take domestic flight to Cuenca (CUE).

Do I need a visa to visit Ecuador?

Answer

For most travelers (USA, Canada, Europe), no visa is required for stays under 90 days, but a valid passport is a must.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal wear, black tie is optional. We invite women to wear a long evening gown and gentlemen to wear a suit and tie or a tuxedo.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4pm. Please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony to get settled. There are different venues and weddings being held at our location. So please, give yourself enough time to find our event hall.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We kindly request that this be an adults-only celebration. While we absolutely adore your little ones, we've designed our wedding day as an adults-only event so that everyone can unwind and fully enjoy the evening together. The only exception is for members of the wedding party.

How should I RSVP?

Answer

Please be aware if you did not fill out your information in our save the date, you will not be able to RSVP. We'd love to have you celebrate with us! Please visit the RSVP page on our website to submit your response by August 21st. This helps us finalize all the details for your comfort and enjoyment. Nota: Recuerden que es necesario haber llenado sus datos en el Save the Date para habilitar su RSVP.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available at Caballo Campana and special parking for our Hall: Piaffé Please give yourself enough time to find it if driving there.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We've hired professional photographers to capture all the special moments, so we can be fully present and enjoy the day with you. We'd love for them to get candid shots of our guests as well. While we ask that you keep your phone put away during the ceremony, feel free to snap a few photos during the reception!
