If availability is not visible online, it may be necessary for us to adjust the room block before you are able to view and confirm the room. **Cut-Off Deadline** Please note that the contracted group room rate is available only until the **cut-off deadline** stated in the contract. After this date, the special rate can no longer be guaranteed. **Incidentals Deposit** Unless otherwise arranged, guests are responsible for their own incidental charges. At check-in, a **$100 incidental deposit per room, per stay** will be authorized on a credit or debit card. The hold will be released once all charges are settled at check-out. Please note that it may take a few days for the funds to return to your account depending on your bank. **Check-In / Check-Out Times** Check-in: **3:00 PM** Check-out: **12:00 PM** Early check-in or late check-out can be requested but cannot be guaranteed in advance. If early arrival is required, we recommend reserving the night prior at the time of booking to ensure immediate room access. **Parking Information** Limited underground parking is available (10 spaces for regular cars only) and cannot be reserved in advance. We recommend arriving in NYC at least one day early so you can relax and avoid any travel delays. The closest airports to our venue in Queens are JFK and LaGuardia, with Newark as another option. Please allow extra time for NYC traffic. Valet parking will be available, and we kindly ask guests to arrive at least 30 minutes early so we can start on time.
