When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by April 1st This helps us finalize seating and details with our vendors. We appreciate you responding as soon as you can.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM. We kindly ask that guests arrive no later than 3:00 PM to allow time for valet, check in, and seating. We truly want everyone settled and present so we can begin on time and fully enjoy this special moment together. Out of respect for the ceremony, we will not be able to accommodate late entry once it has started, so please plan your travel accordingly. We can’t wait to celebrate with you .

Is there a dress code?

Ballroom Formal. This is a formal evening celebration, so we invite our guests to dress in their most elegant and refined attire. Floor length gowns, formal cocktail dresses, tuxedos, or tailored dark suits are highly encouraged. Think timeless, polished, and celebration ready.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Because of our limited space and our desire to keep this day intimate, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If a plus one has been reserved for you, it will be reflected when you RSVP. Thank you so much for understanding and for celebrating this special moment with us. We’re truly grateful to share it with you.

Are kids welcome?

We love your little ones so much, but this will be an adults only celebration. We hope this allows you to relax and fully enjoy the evening with us.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes. Valet parking will be provided for all wedding guests at the venue. Valet service will begin at 3:00 PM, so we encourage guests to arrive early to take advantage of this service and allow time for a smooth arrival and seating before the ceremony begins. For guests staying at the hotel, parking is also available on site. If you are part of our hotel room block, please follow the hotel’s check in instructions for parking or use the valet service at the venue when you arrive for the ceremony and reception. We can’t wait to celebrate with you and want your arrival to be as easy and stress free as possible.

Are you registered? Where?
Answer
We will not be having a traditional registry. As we begin this new chapter together, we kindly ask for monetary gifts in place of physical ones. Your love, prayers, and presence in our lives mean everything to us, and we are truly grateful for your support as we step into this new season together <3
