We’ve reserved room blocks at two nearby hotels: Courtyard by Marriott Lynchburg and Hilton Garden Inn. Please choose whichever works best for you—especially if you’re loyal to your points! We’ve coordinated transportation with pickup from both hotels, so you can relax knowing you’ll get to the winery without needing to navigate or designate a driver. Pickup times for each hotel are listed below, under the hotel names. Shuttles will arrive at Lovingston Winery just before 4:00 PM, giving you time to settle in, take photos, and grab a drink before the 4:30 PM ceremony. For the return, an early shuttle will leave at 9:00 PM. For those who want to party a little longer, the late shuttle will depart at 10:45 PM. Last call at the bar is at 10:15 PM, so plan accordingly! Airbnb options are also linked, but we highly recommend staying at one of the hotels and using provided transportation, as rideshares are very limited in the area.
