Yes! We are happy to accommodate guests with dietary restrictions. Please let us know if you need gluten-free, dairy-free, or celiac-friendly options when you RSVP. Our catering team will make sure everyone has a safe and delicious meal.
The dress code is formal. We recommend suits, tuxes, cocktail dresses, or gowns. Since it’s a summer celebration, breathable fabrics, florals, and lighter colors are encouraged.

Buses will pick up guests from the Hilton Garden Inn at 2:50 PM and depart at 3:00 PM. They will then arrive at the Courtyard by Marriott at 3:10 PM and depart at 3:20 PM for the winery. Buses are expected to arrive before 4:00 PM—we’ve built in a little extra buffer time since buses can take longer—so everyone has time to get settled, take a few photos all dressed up, and grab a drink before the ceremony begins! Please plan to arrive a few minutes early, as shuttles will leave promptly.
There will be two shuttles returning guests to the hotels. The first shuttle will depart at 9:00 PM for those heading back earlier. For guests who want to stay and celebrate a little longer, the final shuttle will depart at 10:45 PM. Please plan to be ready a few minutes before departure, as buses will leave promptly.
No, we will be having an unplugged ceremony. We’ve hired a professional photographer and will happily share pictures of the ceremony with everyone afterward!
Yes! We’ve reserved blocks at the Courtyard by Marriott Lynchburg and Hilton Garden Inn. Visit the Travel tab on our website to book your room directly.
The ceremony starts at 4:30 PM, we recommend arriving 20 minutes early to find parking, get settled, and grab a drink before the ceremony begins.
Yes! If your children are invited, they will be included on your RSVP link. Please be sure to respond for each listed guest. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate additional children beyond those included on your invitation. We can’t wait to celebrate with your family!
Yes! There will be parking attendants to help guide you. If you need a golf cart shuttle to the ceremony location, that will also be provided by the venue.
