Sunset Ranger Talk & Welcome S'mores

After dinner, meet us at the campground amphitheater for a sunset ranger talk and meadow walk lead by Katie! After our walk, around 8pm, we'll be roasting s'mores and reveling in an abundance of love back at Campsite C.

Ceremony and Reception

5:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Think cute, colorful & comfy! We’d love to see everyone looking a little dressed up for the occasion (summer dresses, jumpsuits, nice shirts, fun accessories), but nothing too fancy—you’ll be getting ready in tents and celebrating in the forest. Layers are your friend once the sun goes down!

We’ll be celebrating campground-style in the Sequoia forest! Expect vow exchanges, dinner, a few speeches, first dances, s’mores by the fire, and plenty of dancing before our send-off at 10pm sharp (gotta respect the sleepy meadow bears!) Parking at the campground is extremely limited, so if you’re not staying overnight please do your best to carpool. (There are no Ubers/Lyfts out here!) And just so we’re clear: if you’re too tipsy to drive, we’ll happily tuck you into a sleeping bag for some cowboy camping at our site—you’ve been warned!

Coffee with the Couple

Pajamas

Come grab a cup of coffee with Erika and Katie as we recap all the shenanigans from the ceremony and reception. Afterwards, we will be gawking at Giant Sequoias on the Trail of 100 Giants. If you want to hear Erika freak out about wildflowers and Katie gab about forest ecology, meet us at the trail head by 1pm sharp!
