Xplore Fiji Tours & Transfers
We recommend this private transfer company for your trip from Nadi International Airport to Outrigger Fiji Beach Resort. There are other private shuttle services, local bus routes, and local taxis available if you prefer to find your own source of transportation. Make sure you are also booking a return trip back to Nadi for your flight home. The average cost for a one way trip is $82 USD. This company can also be used if you. need transport to any activities you book during your trip. Most activities you book will have pick up/drop off from your hotel as part of the package cost, but if not, you can use this company to plan any necessary rides. Viator
Viator is a TripAdvisor company that we highly recommend for booking all of your trip activities, including transportation around Fiji if the vendor is on Viator (Xplore Fiji Tours & Transfers is). When we last traveled to Fiji we used Viator for everything, which made it easy to pull up tickets for rides, activities, etc. all in one place instead of having to hunt through email confirmations to find the right QR code.

South Sea Cruises
If you plan to leave the main island of Fiji to stay on another island, you will need to book a spot on the daily transfers that South Sea Cruises runs. If you visit their site they have PDFs of the schedule. The schedule can be overwhelming if you're not familiar with the area, so please reach out to us if you want to do this and have any questions. On our last trip we spent 3 days on Mana Island and got there and back through South Sea Cruises. If you're a Survivor fan, this is one of the main islands they use for challenges and tribal council! You'll have to walk a ways to find the spots, and they will just be open fields, but it's still cool for the super fan! South Sea Cruises will also take you to many other islands, so check out the resorts available and see if you'd like to try one out. We will say that it is a nice experience to stay on a smaller island and get the true Fijian lifestyle experience.
Flight
Going.com (Formerly Scott's Cheap Flights)
You will be flying into Nadi International Airport. You can look for flights however you like, but we recommend checking out Going.com to set up alerts for deals. The wedding is a ways out, so prices will fluctuate a lot from now until then. Remember, whatever day you leave the US, you will arrive 1-2 days later in Fiji. So you should leave the US for Fiji by June 12, 2025 at the latest.

Denarau Island
If you decide to leave Outrigger and stay elsewhere for the rest of your trip, we recommend checking out the Denarau Island resorts. This is a very touristy area outside of Nadi with easy access to the Denarau port. There are many other hotel options in Nadi, we just have personal experience with staying in Denarau and it is really convenient for all trip activities. We recommend Hilton Fiji Beach Resort & Spa. We do NOT recommend Radisson Blu. Just a reminder: To get back to the Nadi/Denarau area, you will have to book a transfer through Xplore Fiji Tours & Transfers (or whatever other service you choose) since it's on the other side of the island. You'll have to head this way anyway to get back to the airport, it's just a matter of if you go back that way early to spend the remainder of your trip there, or if you wait to go back until the day of your flight home.
