Bob Hope Airport (BUR)

This is the closest airport to the venue. It takes 24 minutes to get there from here. LAX is also a good option though, just further.

Flight

Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)

This is 44 minutes (without traffic) to the venue. Definitely a good option, particularly for international travelers.

Train

Amtrak - Hollywood Burbank Airport

Taking the train might be a good option for some people. This is the closest station to the venue. *Protip: If you have some time before or after the wedding, it's also fun to take the Pacific Surfliner (Amtrak) up and down the California coast. Stops include: San Diego (Old Town), Oceanside, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Los Angeles (Union Station -- close to Olvera Street and Chinatown), Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo)
