Join us the evening before the big day for welcome drinks and light appetizers! We'd love to kick off the celebration early with a toast and time together. Transportation will be provided to and from the hotel blocks. The shuttle to the welcome reception will depart the hotel block around 8:15 pm. There will be returning shuttle options around 10 pm and 11 pm back to the hotel blocks. There is also public parking available for those who wish to drive.
2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Formal Attire Requested
Gentlemen: Suits or sport coats; Ladies: Optional floor-length gowns or sophisticated cocktail attire. Transportation will not be provided to or from the church. A spacious parking lot is located directly outside for all guests. We kindly suggest arriving 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time as we will begin promptly at 2:00.
5:00 pm - 6:15 pm
Formal Attire Requested
Gentlemen: Suits or sport coats; Ladies: Optional floor-length gowns or sophisticated cocktail attire. For your convenience, large shuttles will be making trips from our hotel blocks to the reception venue at 4:30 pm and 4:45 pm. There will also be complimentary valet parking available at the reception venue for those who wish to drive.
6:15 pm - 11:30 pm
Formal Attire Requested
Gentlemen: Suits or sport coats; Ladies: Optional floor-length gowns or sophisticated cocktail attire. For your convenience, a shuttle will be making periodic trips from our reception venue to our hotel blocks beginning at 9:00 pm. Additionally, at the conclusion of the reception, there will be shuttles provided for transportation back to the hotel blocks.
