Hotel
This is the only hotel that we booked for our wedding weekend and our block rate is already inputted in the link provided below. It is 15 minutes from our venue, AND we will also have transportation available on our wedding day for guests to use that will loop from this hotel to our venue throughout the night as well. There are two options available in our room block - either a King bed or two Queen beds. Due to having a limited number of rooms available and the holiday weekend, please book at your earliest convenience. Once rooms within our wedding block are booked completely, you are still welcome to book a room at this same location - it just will not be at the discounted rate.
Shuttle
September 5, 2026 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm
We are thrilled to provide our guests with shuttle services that will take you to and from our wedding venue. The shuttle holds up to 32 guests at a time, so this is reserved for hotel block guests only. The shuttle will be making loops between the Hyatt Regency Conroe and our venue, The Homestead, at specific times between 2:30 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. Please see the pick-up and drop-off times below if you would like utilize this service. First Pre-Ceremony Pick-up: Hyatt Regency -> The Homestead departs at 2:30 p.m. (please arrive at 2:20 p.m.) Second Pre-Ceremony Pick-up: Hyatt Regency -> The Homestead departs at 3:20 p.m. (please arrive at 3:10 p.m.) Post-Ceremony Drop-off: The Homestead -> Hyatt Regency Conroe 8:00 p.m., 9:00 p.m., 10:00 p.m., and 11:00 p.m. (these are the only scheduled departure times, please plan accordingly) Note: If you do choose to drive, there is plenty of parking available. Be advised that if you drive to the venue and take the shuttle home, you are required by the venue to pick-up your vehicle before noon the following day.
Flight
We are so excited to celebrate with friends and family traveling from near and far! For those flying in, George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) is the closest major airport to our wedding venue and offers several flight options with most of the major airlines. Without heavy traffic, it is a 25-30 minute drive to the Hyatt Regency Conroe and a 40 minute drive to our wedding venue. If you do not plan on renting a car, the city is extremely Uber/Lyft friendly!
Flight
Another airport option for travelers flying in is William P. Hobby Airport (HOU). While this airport is farther from our wedding venue, it is a great alternative and serves many major airlines. Without heavy traffic, it is an hour drive to the Hyatt Regency Conroe and an hour and 15 minute drive to our wedding venue. Again, if you do not plan on renting a car, the city is extremely Uber/Lyft friendly! This drive or ride will be quite a bit longer.
