Their story began on November 13th, 2021—a day already special to Sarai as it's her grandma Maria's birthday. That night, Sarai’s brother Robert invited her to watch the Ohio State game at Yogi's in Dublin.
And that's when it happened—the classic "girl walks into a bar" moment. When Chandler and Sarai locked eyes, something just clicked. It truly was love at first sight.
From that night on, they were inseparable. They officially started dating on December 11th. Chandler asked Sarai to be his girlfriend at a Khruangbin concert. This still remains one of the best nights of their lives.
Nearly four years later, they’re still best friends, adventure buddies, and soulmates. They are beyond excited to say "I do" in March 2026.
