When do I need to confirm my attendance? / ¿Para cuándo necesito confirmar mi asistencia?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline is February 7th, 2026. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand. Para ayudarnos con la planificación, por favor confirma tu asistencia a los eventos lo antes posible. Sin embargo, la fecha límite es el 7 de febrero de 2026. Si no recibimos tu confirmación antes de esa fecha, lamentablemente tendremos que marcar tu asistencia como “no”. Answer

Yes! Black Tie attire is requested. We kindly ask that guests dress in formal evening wear—tuxedos for gentlemen and floor-length gowns or elegant cocktail dresses for ladies. To enhance the overall aesthetic of the celebration, we also encourage guests to wear rich, deep tones that complement the evening’s sophisticated atmosphere. ¡Sí! Se solicita vestimenta formal. Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, the'll be specifically addressed within the subject line of the email invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding! What are the transportation options for getting to the venue? / ¿Cuáles son las opciones de transporte para llegar al lugar del evento?

Answer

We recommend taking a taxi, ride-share, or having a designated driver for the evening. While parking will be available for those who choose to drive, all guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from the venue. Some local hotels may offer shuttle service upon request—please check with your accommodations directly for availability. What time should I arrive at the ceremony? / ¿A qué hora debo llegar a la ceremonia?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. We kindly ask all guests to arrive early and be seated by 4:45 PM so the celebration can begin without delay. Yes, as the sun will be shining (hopefully) both the ceremony & reception will be outside. Please make sure to dress appropriately and keep hydrated throughout the day. We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and video as you like. Les pedimos amablemente que guarden sus teléfonos y cámaras durante la ceremonia, ya que queremos que estén presentes con nosotros en ese momento tan especial.
