If you’re flying from Los Angeles or San Francisco, check out French Bee Airlines, they typically have the cheapest nonstop flights to Paris (Orly Airport). From there, it’s an easy 3-hour TGV train ride to Avignon, just a short drive from Pernes-les-Fontaines.

Accommodations & Transportation

Because our wedding is taking place in the French countryside, accommodations work a little differently than they typically do in the United States. Rather than large hotels that offer room blocks, this area is made up mostly of small boutique hotels, guesthouses, and traditional Provençal domaines that host a limited number of rooms. For that reason, we will not have a single hotel block, and our guests will be staying at a variety of nearby properties. We’ve listed several recommended options below to help you choose a place that feels right for you. We encourage booking early, as September is a popular time in Provence. Guests will be responsible for arranging transportation to the château for each event. You may choose to rent a car or arrange a local taxi. At the end of the wedding evening, we will be providing shuttle transportation back to nearby accommodations so everyone can celebrate safely and fully enjoy the night.
