Semi-Formal: Suits and cocktail dresses.
2:30-3:00 PM: Guests arrive. 3:00-4:00 PM: Cocktail hour will take place outside in front of the barn; while most of the areas on property are paved, wear comfy shoes for grassy areas. 4:15 PM: The ceremony will take place outside in the back of the barn. 5:00-7:00 PM: "Smoke & Donuts" will keep your hunger at bay for the evening! Expect BBQ, donuts, and lite bites in a "serve yourself" set up! An open bar will be available throughout the reception outside. 5:00-6:00 PM: Talk up the newlyweds with a champagne toast! 6:00 PM: The newlyweds' first dance, followed by a Mother-Son Dance and a Father-Daughter Dance. 7:00-9:00 PM: PARTY TIME! Dance the night away or enjoy some outdoor games, like Giant Jenga, Cornhole, and more! 9:00 PM: Alcohol will stop being served for the evening, per venue regulations. 9:05 PM: Send off the happy couple at the end of the night with a sparkler goodbye! 9:15 PM-9:30 PM: We hope you get home safe! Charter buses will be available to/from the hotel.
