Question

Is there a shuttle to and from the hotel and the reception?

Answer

Yes, check out our Travel & Accommodations page for all the info you need. Please note, there is NOT a shuttle to and from the hotel and ceremony. Luckily, they're very close to one another, and there will be plenty of time between the ceremony and reception to get to the shuttle!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you!

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! Dance the night away! Enjoy a cocktail with us! We have made exceptions to our traveling family members, so please don't take this personally!

Is there overnight parking at Leopold's Mississippi Gardens?

Answer

Yes! Your safety is important to us. Please make arrangements to ensure a safe ride to either the hotel or home with our shuttle (to the hotel), Lyft/Uber, or a designated driver. Although Leopold's tells us they will not tow your vehicle, out of respect, we ask that you retrieve your car by 9 am on Saturday, August 28th.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as you know whether or not you can attend, as this helps us with final planning. The RSVP MUST be by July 30th, 2021.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.

Will the ceremony and/or reception be outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be inside. The reception is also inside, however, the property is beautiful, and if we have a nice day, you can explore the area by the river and some of the outdoor space will be available for the cocktail hour.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

Guests, aside from the wedding party, can make their way to Leopold's Mississippi Gardens for the cocktail hour that will be between 5:30 and 6:30 pm. Use the shuttle from the hotel if you'd like!

Is there parking at the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, there is free parking available at both locations.

Question

When does the shuttle go back to the hotel?

Answer

The shuttle will begin running hourly back to the hotel from the reception at 9 pm with the last run at midnight.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes, we have a Honeymoon Fund set up on this website. We are also registered at Macy's, Crate&Barrel, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Target.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
