Please RSVP by Feb 1, 2026 by clicking the tab above.
Our ceremony will promptly begin at 2:00 pm so we kindly request that you arrive at least 30 minutes early. This will also give you time to find parking, sign the guest book and find your seat before we start. The Ceremony starts promptly at 2:00 pm.
We’re so excited to celebrate with you! To match the setting of our ceremony at Sacred Heart and our evening reception at The Orlo Ballroom, we kindly ask that guests dress in formal attire. For men, this means a suit and tie. For women, we suggest long or midi-length dresses that feel polished and elevated for an evening celebration. We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing black dresses, as our bridal party will be in black and we’d love for them to stand out in photos. All parts of our celebration will be indoors, so you can dress for the occasion without worrying about the weather. Above all, we want you to wear something you feel confident and comfortable in, just with a touch of elegance for the occasion.
Your invitation will specify if you can bring a guest.
It is about a 7-minute drive.
Sacred Heart Catholic Church is located centrally downtown; therefore, the only parking is street parking. The Orlo will have valet parking available for those who decide to drive. The hotels are all a short Uber ride to the ceremony and reception.
Dinner will be a dual entrée featuring marinated beef flank steak and blackened grouper topped with key lime butter sauce, served with mashed potatoes and asparagus. If you have dietary restrictions due to allergies or religious reasons, please reach out to Reece directly, we’re happy to accommodate where possible.
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures, which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like.
Instagram stories as welcomed and highly encouraged! But we do ask that if you decide to post on Facebook, you wait to tag us until you see that we have had the opportunity to share photos ourselves. We would appreciate it if all photos and videos were not shared until the day after the wedding.
Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. For those of you who are bringing children, we ask that you watch them closely and if they start to fuss or cry during the ceremony, we kindly ask for you to bring them to the cry room or outside of the ceremony to not take the attention away from the ceremony.
Yes, the drinks are on us and the hangover is on you...
We recommend going back to the hotel bar and enjoying a cocktail. Take this time to freshen up and get ready to party at the reception!
The wedding is indoors from the Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception. The Cocktail Hour and Reception both have outdoor spaces available to guests to enjoy if they'd like.
