2:00 pm - 2:45 pm
Our wedding ceremony will be a traditional Catholic Mass, celebrated at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. This sacred and meaningful liturgy will include the exchange of vows, scripture readings, and the celebration of the Eucharist. As the Mass will be held in a church, we ask that guests dress respectfully and modestly in formal attire. Shoulders should be covered inside the church; a shawl, wrap, or jacket is encouraged for sleeveless dresses. Please note that Holy Communion will be offered during the Mass. In accordance with Catholic teaching, only practicing Catholics who have received the sacrament and are in a state of grace should receive Communion. If you are not receiving, you are welcome to remain seated or to approach the altar for a blessing — simply cross your arms over your chest as a sign. We are so honored to have you with us and thank you for observing the sacredness of this part of our celebration.
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm
After the ceremony, we invite you to take your time, freshen up, and relax before rejoining us for cocktail hour. During this time, the bridal party will be taking photos, and any family members contacted in advance will also be needed for portraits. If you haven’t already, we recommend using this window to check in to your hotel. At Cocktail hour, enjoy a curated selection of drinks and hors d’oeuvres by the bride and groom as we ease into the evening celebration. Sip, savor, and mingle... this is the perfect moment to connect with other guests and unwind before dinner and dancing begin!
5:30 pm - 10:30 pm
The evening will include dinner, dancing, cocktails, desserts, coffee, espresso martinis, and cigars. While the reception is indoors in a ballroom, we know heels can wear on you — so feel free to bring a pair of flats, sandals, sneakers, slippers, or anything comfortable for the dance floor.
