Answer

Not yet, for now just save our date in your calendar! We wanted to give everyone as much notice as possible so people can look into lodging and travel options. We will be sending formal invitations and asking for RSVPs closer to the wedding.

We would love to see our family and friends in formal attire to celebrate with us! For men, please wear suits and ties and for women, please wear tea-length to floor length dresses. We are kindly asking everyone avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride- whites, ivories, and creams. The ceremony is located in the grass so please keep that in mind when choosing shoes.

Answer

Yes! We will be providing shuttles to and from the wedding to ensure everyone is able to celebrate with us and get home safely! There will be designated pick up spots at a few major hotels in Ketchum. Most Airbnb's in Ketchum and Sun Valley will also be walking distance to the pickup spots. If you aren't staying in Ketchum you will need to arrange transportation to the pick up spots.

We would love to have everyone there with us; unfortunately, our venue is only able to accommodate so many people. If you have been given a plus one, you will see their name listed when you RSVP.

We recommend booking accommodations from August 7th through August 10th, 2026. We're planning additional celebrations throughout the weekend and would love to have everyone join us for the full experience!

We'd encourage booking your stay as early as possible since our wedding falls during Sun Valley's peak season. If you're considering splitting an Airbnb with other guests but you're not sure who else is coming, feel free to reach out to us and we'll happily connect you with other friends and family who are attending.

Yes! We kindly ask that you keep phones and cameras tucked away during our ceremony so everyone can be fully present for this special moment. Our amazing photographer will capture all the beautiful details to share with you later, so you can just focus on celebrating with us!
