Flights and Airports

The Maryland area has three airports: Baltimore Washington International (BWI), Dulles International Airport, and the Ronald Reagan airport (DCA). Each airport is 2 to 2.5 hours from the Rocky Gap Casino.

Reservations for the Event will be made by individual attendees directly with the Resort reservations prior to Friday, May 22, 2026 12:00:00 AM. Check in time is 4pm and the check out time is 11:00am. Guests arriving before 4pm and wishing to be checked in will be charged the early check in fee of $45.00 per room. Only small personal coolers are permitted and no outside alcoholic beverages may be brought onto the premises.
