What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at The Back Farm on Piney Run at 4pm EST. The shuttle will arrive at The Rocky Gap Casino to pick up guests at 2:30pm EST and will leave the casino to head to the venue at 3pm EST.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The theme is rustic romance (semi-formal). Please avoid dusty or sky blues, unless you are in the bridal party. If wearing a dress, please wear full length or maxi dresses.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please do not bring a plus one unless specifically invited.

Are kids welcome?

Kids are not invited unless a special circumstance.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a room block at the Rocky Gap Casino (see travel page). There are other hotels in Frostburg as well, including the Hampton Inn, Quality Inn & Suites, and a Best Western.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

When you RSVP to the Wedding, please confirm whether you have any food allergies. You are welcome to reach out directly to Sarah or Chris with any questions!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

We have reserved a shuttle bus from the Rocky Gap Casino to the venue and back.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Friday night we will meet at bars at the Rocky Gap Casino around 9pm to begin the celebration. Sunday morning we have brunch reserved at the casino from 8:30am to 10am. The brunch includes a cash bar with mimosas and Bloody Mary's!
