FAQs

We have gathered a few of the most common questions so you have everything you need for the weekend. If there is anything we missed, please send us a text. We cannot wait to celebrate with you in Fort Worth!
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by February 19, 2027. We kindly ask that you respond by the deadline so we can finalize all of the details for the weekend. If we do not receive your RSVP by then, we may not be able to accommodate you.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults only celebration. We kindly ask that you make arrangements for children to stay home so you can fully enjoy the evening with us. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally listed on your invitation. If a plus one has been included, their name or the option to add them will appear when you RSVP.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! In the spirit of Easter weekend and spring in Texas, we would love our guests to celebrate in formal attire inspired by the season. For women, we encourage colorful gowns, formal dresses, florals, pastels, and other soft or vibrant hues. For men, tuxedos are welcome, but a dark suit with a tie is perfectly appropriate.

Question

What is the weather like in Fort Worth in March?

Answer

Spring weather in Texas can be unpredictable, so we recommend checking the forecast before traveling. Most wedding events will take place indoors, with portions of cocktail hour outdoors if the weather allows.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM at The Crescent Hotel. We recommend arriving by 4:30 PM to allow plenty of time for parking, arrival, and seating.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have reserved two hotel room blocks for our guests. The Crescent Hotel is our wedding venue and host hotel, making it the most convenient option for the weekend. We also have a room block at Home2 Suites by Hilton Fort Worth Cultural District for guests looking for a more budget friendly option. Please visit the Travel page for booking links and additional details.

Question

Which airport should I fly into?

Answer

Dallas Fort Worth International Airport is the closest major airport to Fort Worth and our recommended option. Dallas Love Field is also available, particularly for guests flying Southwest, but it is farther from Fort Worth. More information can be found on our Travel page.

Question

Will I need a rental car?

Answer

If you are staying at The Crescent, a rental car is not necessary for wedding day since all events will take place on property. Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout Fort Worth. If you plan to explore more of the city during the weekend, a rental car may be helpful.

Question

I have a food allergy or dietary restriction. What should I do?

Answer

Please include any food allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP so we can share them with our catering team. We want to make sure everyone is well taken care of.

Question

Are you registered?

Answer

Yes! Our registry can be found on the Registry page of our website. We are so grateful for your love and support and cannot wait to celebrate with you.

Question

Are there any other wedding weekend events?

Answer

Some additional wedding weekend events are by invitation only. If you are invited to another event, such as the rehearsal dinner, it will appear with your individual RSVP details.
