We can’t wait for you to experience our new favorite place! We know it’s a big commitment to travel for our celebration, and we’re so grateful you’re making the trip. A few things to keep in mind about traveling to Traverse City (TC) in the summer: it’s a very popular destination, so lodging can be pricey and books up quickly. We recommend reserving as soon as possible. For our out-of-town guests, the most convenient airport is Cherry Capital Airport (TVC). If you fly, we suggest renting a car since rideshares are limited. Rental cars also book up quickly in the summer, so plan ahead if possible. We’ve put together a range of lodging options to meet different needs, but if you need any extra guidance, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Park Place Hotel

Park Place Hotel is our preferred hotel and we’ve reserved a room block. It’s a historic property right in the heart of downtown Traverse City, close to restaurants, shops, and the bay. While the hotel is older and more basic in its accommodations, it’s convenient and has plenty of charm—including a rooftop bar with great lighting (see above). Shuttles will be provided to take guests to and from the ceremony & reception. Please note: Park Place is the only hotel where shuttle service will be available. You can reserve a room by going to the Park Place Hotel and Conference Center website (linked below) and using the Group Code when selecting dates between June 4th–June 6th. Note: there is a drop-down menu for "Promo Code" or "Group Code"—you must use the "Group Code" option. We recommend the Tower rooms!
