How do I get to Traverse City?

You can fly into Cherry Capital Airport (TVC)—just 10 minutes from downtown—with direct flights from several major cities. For our local family and friends, it’s about a 5-hour drive from Chicago. If you’re making the trek, Morgan’s Showtunes playlist is available upon request.

Once I'm there, how do I get around?

Answer

Downtown Traverse City is made for walking, with hotels, restaurants, and shops all nearby. We will be providing transportation to and from the ceremony and reception from the Park Place Hotel. That said, Traverse City is a small town, and Uber and Lyft can be limited—especially in the evenings. For a more reliable option, we recommend calling MyTaxi at (231) 409-5776.

While we love your children, we kindly request this is an adult-only event unless otherwise indicated on your invitation!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have reserved a room block at Park Place Hotel. There is a link under our "Where to Stay" tab that should bring you to the website for the room block. If the Park Place Hotel is not for you, there are lots of great hotel options around the venue that you can choose from!

Where should I park?

If you’re staying at Park Place Hotel, shuttle buses will be provided to and from the venue. If you prefer to drive, onsite parking is available, though limited.
