If you are flying in, you will need a rental car. Uber and Lyft are not available in the area of our venue. The Reno-Tahoe airport hosts 9 rental car companies and booking early is recommended.

Located just 3 minutes from the venue! Family-style Bed & Breakfast, featuring 8 remodeled, comfortable rooms. Please note a 2-night minimum stay is required. Occupancy is 2-4 per room, and rates average $135 - $155 per night.

The Lodge at Whitehawk Ranch

This resort features private studio and two-bedroom cabins with magnificent views of pine-covered mountains and meadows, as well as a full service bar and restaurant and on-site golf course. It is 15 miles from the venue (approximately a 20 minute drive) and about 1 hour 15 minutes from the Reno/Tahoe airport. Please note there is a minimum 2-night stay. Occupancy is 1-5 per cabin and rates start at $245 per night.
