What COVID-19 protocols will be in place?

Answer

At this time, the venue does not require guests to wear masks, nor do they require proof of vaccine or negative test. We invite all of our guests to participate at their comfort level. Please plan to bring any PPE that you need. As the situation evolves, the page will be updated to reflect any changes to the protocols in place.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dressy casual. Both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors, and there is a variety of terrain. Stiletto heels are not recommended. Temperatures will be cool in the evening. Heaters will be provided but layers are a good idea, too.

Are children invited?

Answer

If you would like to bring your children, please let us know in advance as children aged 5 and older will be included in our guest count. Please note this is an outdoor venue that is not contained and childcare is not provided.

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Due the remote location of our venue, we are not able to offer a hotel block as there are no hotels in the area that can provide that. Local lodges, cabins, and vacation rentals are recommended if you'd like to stay close by. If you prefer a traditional hotel or resort, please consider looking in Reno. Please visit our Travel page for additional information and suggested accommodations.

What type of food and drink will be served?

We will have a cocktail hour with passed appetizers, buffet dinner, dessert, and an open bar! Menu and allergen information to come.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

Twenty Mile House is located at 700 Old Cromberg Rd, Cromberg, CA 96103. It is approximately 75 minutes from the Reno/Tahoe Airport, taking US-395 N to CA-70 W. From Sacramento, it is approximately 3 hours and you may take CA-70 N or I-80 E to CA-89. You may drive directly to the venue from wherever you are staying and parking is free. Attendants will be on site to assist you when you arrive.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Please only RSVP for those included on your invitation. While we would love to accommodate additional guests, our list is at capacity and we are unable to include guests beyond those invited.

What time does the wedding begin and end?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:00 pm PST, immediately followed by a cocktail party and reception. The reception ends at 11:00 pm PST.

What is the best way to RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP on our website as soon as you know your plans. Alternatively, formal invitations will include RSVP cards. Please RSVP no later than March 1, 2022.
