The Wedding Website of Ashley Stieber and Keith Adams
Here's what we recommend for our out-of-town guests.

Hotel

Grand Sierra Resort and Casino

2500 East 2nd Street
Reno, NV 89595
 (775) 789-2000

We encourage our guests to book at the Grand Sierra Resort here in Reno. They have a pool, spa, movie theater, bowling alley, driving range, go-carts, mini golf, bumper cars, an arcade, laser tag, restaurants, and shopping. It even has a shuttle to and from the airport! Check out deals on Groupon to use all the awesome amenities available!

Travel Note

Gas Stops

For our guests driving, Nevada has a lot of small towns along the highway to stop and gas up. When I moved here, Mom and I would stop at a convenient place, worried that the next place wouldn't be for several miles, only to discover cheaper gas on the very next exit. When we're driving through Nevada, these are the places we stop because they have a good snack selection and their prices aren't driven up. Elko: Sinclair 1750 Silver Eagle Rd. Elko NV 89801 Fernley: Loves 825 Commerce Center Dr, Fernley, NV 89408

Travel Note

Wild Horses

If you're driving, keep your eyes peeled for the wild mustangs. You'll see them wandering off of I-80. Nevada is home to more than half of the wild horses in North America.

Travel Note

The Silver State

Nevada is known as the Silver State but Nevada produces 78% of the countries gold. When you're driving on I-80 you'll drive through Elko, Carlin, and Battle Mountain, some of our mining towns.

Travel Note

Genoa

Genoa Nevada was founded in 1851 and was the first settlement in Nevada. It was founded by Mormon pioneers and called Mormon Station and was a trading post for pioneers on the trail to California. In 1856 it's name changed to Genoa after the Italian city by Orson Hyde, a member of the 12 Apostles. You can visit the Mormon Station where there is a replica of the trading post, as the original burned down.

Flight

Reno Airport

The Reno airport is the closest to where our ceremony will be held. It is right downtown, so it is very convenient, and it's very small. It has a McDonalds and some other restaurants and stores if you want to eat breakfast or another meal before you take off.
