All of the festivities will take place at River Bend Resort in Forestville, CA. It's about a 2 hour drive from San Francisco International Airport and about a 15 minute drive from the Sonoma airport. Carpooling from the Bay Area is encouraged. 

If you choose to stay off-site, AirBnB has some very nice options in the area. The Guerneville Lodge is also lovely and a five minute drive from River Bend.
