Friday Arrival/ Dinner/ Campfire Talent Show

Attire: Anything goes. Please be comfy. Layers.
Come get settled in at River Bend! Check-in is 2:00pm. Make a flower crown with us in front of the Lodge. Play some Bananagrams. Take a dip in the river. Do your thing, chicken wing! Dinner’s on us. The Guerneville taco truck will be serving between 5:30-8:00 so everyone can trickle in and grab a plate at their leisure, and eat in the Lumberjack yard. Here is the menu: Tacos (chicken, asada, pastor, and veggie) Ceviche Tostada Quesadilla Rice and Beans Beer, Wine and Soda. At 6:30, we’ll head over to the Lumberjack Theater for the campfire talent show. This will be the opportunity for anyone who would like to say something nice to us to get it out of their system(s). Other excellent talent ideas include: juggling, doing an interpretive dance to Enya, showing off an interesting birthmark, telling an embarrassing story… whatever! Winners get s’mores. Everyone's a winner. Everyone gets s’mores. After the talent show we will head over to the Lodge for a campfire hang.

There will be coffee and a light breakfast set up from around 9:30-11:00 in the lodge. If the weather complies, we hope to play in the river for most of the day.

Please wear something that will make you feel beautiful and comfortable in an outdoor setting. Think riverfront/beach/lumberjack casual. Fun and/or ridiculous if desired. High heels are a bad idea. Comfortable shoes are a must.
At 4:30 we will gather for a wedding thing (exact campground location TBD), then go straight into party time in the Lumberjack Yard. There will be a self-service full bar and non-alcoholic drinks. Around 6:00, Charlie’s BBQ will start serving dinner. Here’s the menu: Salad Grilled Veggies Mac and Cheese Grilled Meats Wedding Pie After dinner, we will dance outside the Lodge. Amplified music cut-off will be at 10:00, so we'll move to acoustic campfire time then. Offsite guests will have to leave at midnight.
