Erin is my wonderful sister. I could spend a long time talking about the adventures we have been on and all the memories growing up, I'm sure she has just as many about me. Some of my favorites are us traveling the world, late night ice cream excursions, and staying up late playing computer games. She is currently working on her PhD in Industrial Engineering at Purdue.
Riley Barta

Riley and I fought our way through the beginning of graduate school at Purdue University. When he's not working as the Leiter Kältetechnik at the TU Dresden, we go out exploring the world or spend a weekend boarding down a mountain.
Aleks Polit

Aleks and I met at the barn and became fast friends. We spent many days and nights riding at the barn and we were on the Purdue Equestrian Team together. When we weren't riding, we were having a great time crafting and getting through our classes.

George and I grew up together in the grand land of Davis, CA. By the time we reached high school we had mastered couch sitting and being indecisive. George lives in Northern California and works as the press secretary to Congresswoman Matsui. When he isn't being eloquent, we're off playing ping pong or tennis... or not.

Caitlin and I survived Purdue engineering together, you could usually find us in almost every help room working to complete the mountain of homework we had been assigned. When I was completing my master's at Michigan, she wasn't too far away in Detroit and we had a lot of fun hang outs during that time.
Davide Ziviani

Davide was my mentor during my Master's at Purdue University. He taught me the ins and outs of ORC technology over many a beer, a grill, or guac. Davide is now an Assistant Professor at Purdue University. When he takes a break from solving the complexities of thermodynamic systems, we spend time playing basketball or go enjoy the closest beach.

Jill and I have known each other since the fourth grade and have gone through many middle school and high school moments together. Some of my favorite memories are just of us hanging out, watching movies, and eating a lot of chocolate chips. She is a children's librarian and we have frequent conversations over books we have read or new recommendations for each other.
Ian Fletcher

Ian and I grew up together in the grand land of Davis, CA. Throughout school we had plenty of late night hangouts and raided many a grocery store for snacks. Ian is an electrical engineer at Draper, in Boston, MA. When he's not performing electrical wizardry, we are comparing notes on our latest Lego builds or having an after-work gaming session.

Laura is the lovely sister of Alejandro and has become a great friend in California. We have been on many adventures through the years and she has been so kind in letting me stay at her place whenever my consulting job took me up into LA. I always look forward to seeing her and all of her animals, I adore them.
Jeff Bowman

Jeff is my older cousin! We spent many an Easter, Thanksgiving, or other holiday together since we were the California clan of our family. Jeff is now a naval aviator flying some awesome jets up in the atmosphere. But when we finally get him to come down to earth with us, we play a mean game of hearts and are the official "second round of food getters".

Katie and I became friends junior year at Purdue after we created a study group together. Through many hours of studying and working on homework, we bonded in our group and became close friends. When she moved to Indianapolis, I always looked forward to seeing her and catching up.
Pedro Martins

Pedro is another ME compatriot from grad school at Purdue. Trips to the Pint kept our sanity in check during our grad studies. Pedro is about to graduate from Purdue with his PhD! He will be heading out to Medford, MA to work at COMSOL! Aside from all the hard work, we are often enjoying Sun King beers or exploring NYC. Recently married to Katie, they love getting out into the wilderness and exploring the outdoors. Ask him about their recent honeymoon to Glacier National Park!
