Shuttle to/from the Venue and Ayres Hotel & Spa Mission Viejo

A shuttle will pick up guests staying at the Ayres Hotel block and take them to the venue. Please be ready outside at 2:15pm if you'd like to take the shuttle. Shuttles will also be taking guests back to the hotel at the end of the night at midnight. For those non-drivers who want to go back before midnight, or for guests not staying at the hotel, we highly recommended that you book your return service BEFORE arriving to the reception space because service is limited at the venue and it may be difficult in requesting your ride.

5-10 minutes from the venue. We have secured a reduced nightly rate of $159 per night for the nights of Friday, September 12th, and Saturday, September 13th. Alternatively, guests may call the hotel directly at 949-455-2545 ext. 0 and reference the McGuinness & Haar Wedding Room Block or Group OP2787 to confirm their reservations. The deadline to reserve a room in this block is Saturday, August 2nd, 2025.

Friday's Welcome Party and the Sunday Beach Day send-off are both within walking distance We have secured a reduced rate of $432 per night (plus a $35 resort fee per night) for the nights of Friday, September 12th, and Saturday, September 13th.
