Old Towne Orange
Spend an afternoon exploring the town adjacent to Chapman University (where Joe went to grad school!). The very walkable town center is full of charming restaurants, cafes, and incredible antique and vintage shopping, all surrounding a picturesque fountain roundabout.
Dana Point Certified Farmers Market
The Dana Point Certified Farmers Market is open every Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Enjoy local, organic produce and a large selection of art, jewelry, clothing, handbags, candles, hand-made soaps, and unique one-of-a-kind gifts from craft vendors.
Mission San Juan Capistrano
A beautiful, historic landmark and museum with lovely gardens. This Spanish mission was founded over 200 years ago in 1776. Being at the mission feels like being back in time with its preserved buildings, detailed excavations, well-presented exhibits, and an award-winning audio tour.
Heisler Park
This oceanfront park has walking trails, gardens, a marine refuge with tide pools, picnic tables, barbecues, lawn bowling greens.
Beach Day
There are dozens of beaches to enjoy along the coast of Orange County! Some popular options include Treasure Island in Laguna Beach, Little Corona del Mar Beach in Newport, and Doheny State Beach/Salt Creek Beach in Dana Point.
Los Angeles or San Diego
