Question

Is there transportation available to and from the ceremony?

Answer

A shuttle service will be available to pick up guests staying at the Ayres Hotel block and take them to the venue. Please be ready outside at 2:15pm if you'd like to take the shuttle. Shuttles will will also be taking guests back to the hotel at the end of the night at midnight. For those non-drivers who want to go back before midnight, or for guests not staying at the hotel, we highly recommended that you book your return service BEFORE arriving to the reception space because service is limited at the venue and it may be difficult in requesting your ride.

Question

Can I rideshare to the venue?

Answer

Yes, of course! That said, we highly recommended that you book your return service BEFORE arriving to the reception space because service is limited at the venue and it may be difficult in requesting your ride.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes -- if you are planning to drive, Rancho Las Lomas parking is entirely valet service for your convenience and is complimentary for all of our guests.

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30pm. Please plan to arrive at 3pm to leave time to park and get settled.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail-- have fun with it! Feel free to embrace the season by wearing bright colors for the late summer vibe. Please note that the ceremony and reception will be held in mainly outdoors, and Orange County at this time of year can be hot during the day and chilly at night -- so prepare accordingly.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phones away during the ceremony. We all want all guests to be present with us during that time, and we have a professional photographer and videographer who can capture all the precious moments (and no one likes seeing phones in pictures!) Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos as you like. There will also be a shared album accessible via a QR code where we will be able to see everyone's pictures from the day!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let us know any and all food allergies when you RSVP.

Question

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

Yes, we will be outside from the ceremony start time through 10pm. We will be moving inside for dancing from 10pm to midnight. Please dress appropriately and keep hydrated throughout the day. We will also offer parasols to have keep guests shaded!

Question

What's the deal with the welcome party?

Answer

We are hosting a welcome party on September 12th, the Friday evening before our wedding in Dana Point for all out-of-towners. Details are under the schedule tab. We would love for you all to join us if you are in the area -- just please let us know in your RSVP! Dinner (apps, salads and wood-fired pizzas!) and an open bar will be provided. Attire is garden party chic!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, it will be indicated when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are children/pets welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones (and furry little ones), unless specifically noted, we are unable to accomodate children and pets.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To aid us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible so we can provide the venue with a guest count in a timely manner. That said, the deadline is July 10th. If you need more time to make your decision, please do let us know! Out of towners -- please also let us know whether or not you can attend our welcome party the Friday night prior!
