Two separate buses will be provided to and from the wedding, each with a different route. The Melton Bus will depart from the Melton Motor Inn with a stop at the Mantra Melton. It will be departing at 3:00pm with return journeys at around 9:30pm and then at 12:10am To ensure we have seats for all, when sending through your RSVP please specify whether you plan to catch one of the buses, and where you plan to stay.

Courtesy Bus – CBD Route

Two separate buses will be provided to and from the wedding, each with a different route. The CBD bus will depart from outside the Grand Hotel Melbourne (200m from Southern Cross Station) in Melbourne’s CBD at 2:30pm. It will be departing at 2:30pm, with two return journeys (one around 9:30pm and one just after midnight). To ensure we have seats for all, when sending through your RSVP please specify whether you plan to catch one of the buses, and where you plan to stay.

There are about 22 separate rooms in this motel. If enough people book it then we'll have the whole complex to ourselves (it can sleep about 50 guests total). It is fairly basic accommodation, but a good option in terms of location as it's only 10-15 minutes from the venue. One of the two wedding buses will be doing pick-up and drop-off to this motel. 4-star Hotel in Melton next to a harness track. A little bit further out of the centre of Melton compared to the Motor Inn, but nicer facilities.

Darley, VIC A large house in Bacchus Marsh that would suit a large group (it sleeps 8) who can organise own transport to and from the wedding venue. This property is approximately 20 minutes from Warrawong Estate.

Large heritage listed property in Bacchus Marsh which is about a 20 min drive from the venue and 50 min drive to CBD. Would suit a large group who can organise their own transport to and from the wedding venue. Long Forest VIC Approximately 200m from the Boyd Baker House, this house sleeps four. It is approximately 20 minutes from venue and 50 mins from CBD, and would suit a group who can organise their own transport

There are a large number of accommodation options in the CBD, including hotel rooms and private apartments on Airbnb etc. The shuttle will be departing from near Southern Cross Station in the CBD and returning to the same spot at the end of the night for those guests returning to Melbourne. There are plenty of apartments and AirBnB listings right by Southern Cross Station.

This hotel/apartment is located in the centre of Caroline Springs, which is about 20 minutes taxi-ride away from the venue and a 35-40 min drive from the CBD. It could be an option if you don't fancy staying in Melton or the idea of heading all the way back to Melbourne proper at the end of the night
